    I grew up with the classic cheap food

    it's hard to believe what i didnt even know was out there. i had NEVER had thai food, indian, ethiopian or any of those tasty regional foods. there was no such thing as spicy in our house.
    it's good to be experimental now. i try everything (that's vegan) and typically love it all. hey, i just love food.
    i found the transition VERY easy but i had JUST married a vegan so he made it easy for me.
